Working in one of Australia's most picturesque regions, you'll be part of a small, agile team, supporting critical systems for Health Districts, Hospitals, Multi-site Clinics, Universities, and other organisations across Australia and internationally.
These systems are integral to delivering patient care, managing referrals, and boosting productivity across the healthcare sector.

Based in a state-of-the-art facility, you'll work with an innovative team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for field inquiries, offering troubleshooting support and preliminary advice on hardware/software issues and customer requests.Deliver exceptional telephone support to clients, assisting with prompt issue resolution.Troubleshoot and resolve application, database and hardware problems both remote and onsite.Build strong relationships with customers to meet service expectations.Maintain accurate records, manage time effectively, and contribute to team success.Assist in product installations, deployments, and contribute to project documentation.Participate in preventative maintenance schedules and proactive support calls (onsite and remote).Occasional travel locally, interstate, and internationally (less frequent).Participate in after-hours remote support on a rotating roster as required.About You We're seeking a customer-focused, technically proficient individual with a strong phone manner.
Candidates should have relevant experience and a deep understanding of commercial hardware/software systems.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4+ years experience in relevant roles within ICT.
Essential Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, SQL 2019, HyperV, networking, and internet connectivity.Experience with MS Server, Active Directory, HPE server hardware, SAN technologies, and Windows clustering.Microsoft SQL proficiency - writing and executing queries.Problem-solving mindset with high initiative.Goal-oriented and able to work independently.Advanced PC literacy, especially in Windows 10/11 OS and MS Word and Excel.Experience supporting remote users.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Fluent in written and spoken English, with Australian residency.Exposure to networks, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.Exposure to web-based technologies and systems engineering.Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.Desirable Skills Experience in the ICT healthcare sector.Certifications in relevant fields.We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives on delivering quality service and customer satisfaction.
