Our client is a leading financial services organisation experiencing rapid growth on a national scale.
Reporting to the CIO, you will support in assisting the CIO's transformation strategy and execution, working with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).Responsibilities:Orchestrate with the CIO to develop IT strategic materials for executive leadership team and board updatesReport on company OKRs against strategic transformation initiativesProvide material and insights for the CIO, ensuring they are presented in clear, concise executive reportsProvide insights, research, and support for CIO decision-makingCollaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyse data, supporting strategic decision-making processesWorking with ELT to track and report on financial performanceAbility to produce reports to the board that are visual and can be read by someone non ICTExperience in communicating organisation change written and verbalIdeal Candidate:Comes from a management consulting background with a strong attention to communicationHas a strong understanding of IT strategy and transformationPossesses excellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadershipWhy Join:Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisationEngage in impactful projects that drive strategic transformationLike to know more?
