Job Description About the Opportunity The IT Sourcing and Contracts Analyst supports the sourcing of ICT resources, including the management of suppliers, contracts, and assets.
This role administers the full lifecycle of IT vendor management and procurement processes, including: Contract management (reviewing contract documents and document management) Stakeholder engagement (including internal customers and vendors) Responsible for day-to-day administration of the University's active Information Technology solution subscriptions Control of IT assets in one or more significant areas Produce and analyse registers and histories of authorised assets Manage and/or support supplier relationships and performance against contract terms Sourcing activities (supplier quotations, negotiation and involvement in sourcing evaluation panels) and Software Asset Management.
Implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans and apply feedback to enhance customer experience Contribute to the continual improvement of support systems and processes  About you Extensive experience and expertise in the technical and administrative support of procurement services Strong analytical skills with proven experience in contract administration/management Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement and ability to prioritise workload during busy periods A collaborative team player Experience in software licence management would be an advantage, but not essential Experience with the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) framework, as well as experience using enterprise level financial systems would be a distinct advantage.

What we can offer This is a full time, continuing opportunity based at our Nathan Campus.
As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
HEW 6 Salary - $87,846.48 - $93,701.30 + 17% super.
Full package range - $102,780.38 - $109,630.52.
