With our 'can-do' approach and strong client focus, we are constantly achieving and continuing to grow.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities of the position:Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools such as Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.Write clean, efficient code in C# for custom development within the Dynamics ecosystem.Integrate external systems using APIs and Logic Apps.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot issues within Dynamics CRM applications and provide timely resolutions.Maintain system documentation, including technical designs and user guides.Work within agile project management frameworks to deliver high-quality results on time.Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements or new tools.Perform other duties as required.Essential Skills and Experience:Proficiency in C# with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.Expertise in building Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).Strong knowledge of integrating systems using APIs or Logic Apps.Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of FetchXML queries for Dynamics CRM data retrieval.Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.Understanding of ITIL concepts or certification in IT service management frameworks.If you are a motivated professional with a passion for IT software development, we encourage you to apply.
