About Our Client:
Our Government client is undergoing an enterprise wide digitally enabled service transformation which will transition its case management services off aged legacy systems and paper-based processes to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management System.
Job Description: Working closely with the Director of Program Delivery.Lead IT service transition projects across various departments.Ensure smooth and efficient transitions without disrupting existing services.Collaborate with different teams to ensure all IT transition requirements are met.Develop and implement transition plans and processes.Identify and manage risks associated with IT service transitions.Monitor and report on transition progress.Provide training and support to teams affected by transitions.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met during transitions.The Successful Applicant: A successful IT Service Transition Manager should have:
A degree in Information Technology or a related field.Proven experience in leading IT service transitions, particularly in the government sector.Strong project management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.A good understanding of ITIL processes.What's on Offer:
