The Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Service Support to be the first point of contact for all IT support needs.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be essential in ensuring smooth IT operations across our organisation, handling requests, managing incidents, and continuously improving our processes.
This is a full-time permanent position, working a variety of shifts from 7am to 5pm.
Responsibilities include: Logging and actioning of all contacts (including phone calls, emails and walk-ups) to the IT Service Centre Effectively and efficiently processing all service support activities including incidents and requests to resolution Identifying and documenting reliable, repeatable processes in a standard format Identification of calls that require escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support for resolution Participation in service improvement initiatives including the delivery of reliable and repeatable processes within established and guaranteed timeframes About you: Degree, diploma or certificate in Information Systems or a similar discipline is an advantage but relevant work experience is also acceptable Experience working in an ITIL environment, with ITIL Foundation certification highly regarded Knowledge in hardware and application support, highly desired Proficiency in systems, security, network and directory services administration.
