Revenue Administration Officer | 3 Month Contract $33.33 p/h + Super 3 Month Contract Gosford About the Role The Revenue Administrative Officer plays a key role in providing high-level administrative and customer support to help the department achieve its objectives.
The main responsibilities include offering administrative services and supporting revenue generation and collection through receivable systems.
A key focus of the role is delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Key accountabilities include: Provide daily administrative support to the unit/department to facilitate effective service delivery.
Coordinate and streamline administrative systems, procedures, and organizational methods to ensure the smooth operation of the office in accordance with policies and standards.
Deliver excellent customer service by providing information and referring inquiries appropriately and efficiently.
Prepare and process documents to support the department's service delivery.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure accurate distribution and filing of meeting records.
Manage office communication and information flow efficiently.
Assist senior officers with tasks to support the unit/department's service delivery.
Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure a high level of service for all stakeholders, including patients and staff.
Show initiative in applying work practices and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.
Provide training and support to other officers when required.
About You Proven customer service skills and experience.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Basic problem-solving abilities using established methods and procedures.
Strong computer and data entry skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, internet applications, and databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
