An exciting opportunity has become available for an ITDesk Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems across the group. Excellent communication and a high calibre of troubleshooting skills are essential.
This position will be based from ourCorporate Office in the Sydney CBD.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
• Support for all IT systems in the corporate office and hotels and resorts across the group
• Taking ownership of assigned supportto ensure proper resolution and completion of all tasks to the customer's satisfaction
• Recording all Service Desk support jobs and resolutions
• Effective planning of Service Desk tasks to ensure correct prioritisation of jobs
• Maintain strong technical competence across all IT systems (hardware and software) supported by the Service Desk
• Provide basic training in software used by Accor
What we need from you
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the following
• Telecommunications products
• IT hardware
• Microsoft Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office packages
• Tertiary qualifications/Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded for this position but are not essential.
