About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team responsible for providing support nationally. This is a 6-month fixed term contract based in our Brisbane head office.
Key responsibilities

Providing quality customer service and troubleshooting IT assets such as mobile phones, computers and tablets via email, telephone and face to face.

You're someone who can work independently and bring experience in key areas, including:

Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange
Cisco Call Manage UCM
ServiceNow
Microsoft Intune
