Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager and as an integral member of the IT Service Delivery team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure Stratco's operational requirements are enabled through reliable and well supported technology platforms.
You will be part of a talented, close-knit team of dedicated IT professionals, working collaboratively to support our national team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely and effective manner Troubleshooting network, hardware, software, printer, mobile devices, etc.
