Role Purpose We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join Capricorn's technology team to provide support across all aspects of our IT service desk and infrastructure.
This role will provide operational support and will be a first responder for Service Desk escalations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes • Create and maintain documentation for common IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the internal knowledge base, empowering Service Desk agents to handle common issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the IT support workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Sound communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage face to face & remote stakeholders.
• Experience in managing Microsoft environments including Active Directory (DS, DNS, DHCP), Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and ability to work independently Experience • At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
