We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingThe IT Service Delivery Lead is pivotal in the hospital's IT Operations department, responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing the Service Delivery Team's operations. Primary responsibilities include directing IT Service Management operations, leading and continual development of the Service Delivery Team, collaborating with Digital Health and Informatics teams and business stakeholders, and maintaining continual communication with various hospital departments.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:Extensive Service Delivery Management experience including Problem, Change and Incident Management.Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.Extensive Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills.Expert knowledge and experience with Service Desk technologies such as Call Management tools, ITSM tools, Roster Management, Knowledge Base and Configuration Management Database.ITIL Foundations certification or higher (desirable)What NextIf you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.For role specific information contact Jacob Rajan at 03 9784 7815.The role ceases advertising on the 13th December 2024.
