IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager Our team is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced IT professional looking to take the next career opportunity within an exciting role as the IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure Manager.
Within this role, you will utilise your deep technical expertise combined with service desk management to oversee the IT Service Desk and delivery of secure, reliable infrastructure across The Disability Trust.
Working full-time, Monday to Friday within our Head Office in Coniston, you will be reporting to the Chief Information Officer and part of the IT Lead Team including our specialist Cyber Security Manager, Network Infrastructure Manager and Application Manager.
The day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing direct reports including a service desk team leader and infrastructure engineers.
Ensuring compliance to ISO27001 and Right Fit for Risk accreditation with implementation of associated controls.
Responsibility for our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment including Active Directory, physical and virtual servers, hypervisor and Citrix.
Diagnosing and resolving application, software and hardware incidents.
Planning, implementation and maintenance of backups and disaster recovery systems.
Working as a project lead on delivery of foundational and strategic business projects including contributing to solution design.
Contributing to vendor management, contract negotiation and management, and budgeting.
Adhering to all relevant policies and processes across the organisation, including ensuring all incidents, risks and hazards are entered into the risk management system and escalated to management as required.
About you
Required skills/competencies:
Experience with infrastructure design and delivery.
Certificate III in Information Technology or higher qualification and/or 5-10 years' experience in an Information Technology role.
Strong understanding of ITIL service desk management principles.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and motivate staff.
Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications including Azure.
Experience with VMWare ESXI and other virtualisation technologies.
High level personal integrity and a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Exceptional customer service with the ability to collaborate with others.

Salary package of $110,000 to $120,000 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
