The focus of this role is delivering high-quality outcomes and working closely with business, technology, and quality teams to maximize business value within expected timelines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Salesforce Delivery team and technology vendors to deliver enhancements, projects, and provide 3rd-line support, whilst adhering to project standards.Manage the project roadmap with the Product owners and business operations team.Engage with key business stakeholders and own the planning and execution of assigned projects including requirements such as scope, capacity planning, delivery plan and timelines, and high-level requirements gathering.Work with product owners to carry out effective and proactive risks, issues, opportunities, and change management.Collaborate with technical and business team members to develop project definitions and high-level solution designs along with managing Salesforce product backlog, sprint backlog, and release management activities.Manage offshore Development functions (Suppliers), ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the overall plan.Identify opportunities for automation and service quality improvements.Provide knowledge sharing across the team to support the ongoing development of cross-team operational support functions.Further advantageous skills:A clear understanding of cloud-based CRM technologies including specific Salesforce experience is essential.Demonstrate experience with Agile projects including the adoption of Agile methodologies.A solid technical understanding of software implementation and development processes and practices.Outstanding time management, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Resilience and determination, strong commercial judgment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
