About This Role This IT Security Officer role will be working across the Hawk 127 Platform, responsible for all the IT and cyber security requirements for the program of work. This role will be based on the RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.
The role we are offering you Perform IT systems administration tasks including patching, ICT security, user management and more Analysis of system and security event logs Assist IT Security Manager (ITSM) to maintain and improve security posture as per the strategic security plan developed by the ITSM Security incident reporting and analysis Perform security risk assessments based on Defence Risk Management Framework Our ideal candidate has: Strong knowledge of IT Systems and Security Administration experience Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Strong knowledge of computer hardware, network devices and protocols Experience with Australian Information Security Manual (ISM), Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
