About the role Officeworks is seeking a highly motivated IT Security Administrator - Technical to join our IT team in Chadstone.

What You'll Do: Implement and provide technical support for IT Security technologies.
Proactively resolve security incidents and day-to-day issues.
Assist with the ongoing deployment of security technologies and services.
Collaborate with internal teams and external IT service providers.
Provide help to ensure compliance with security standards such as NIST & PCI-DSS.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge articles and facilitate training opportunities.
About you What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification (or working towards certification) in IT, IT Security, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in IT, IT Security, or Networking is a bonus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A professional, customer-focused approach with an eye for detail.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a results-driven team.
Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred however not essential.
