The CSO assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students. ___________________________________________________________________ IT School Support Officer (Hastings) This position will be located in Kempsey NSW Full time permanent position. Start date to be negotiated. Working school terms only. ____________________________________________________________________ Work Requirements A current/valid Australian Driver's Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment Requirement to travel between locations Will be required to attend work for four days during the school holiday period per annum. This is to attend all staff meetings and participate in professional development activities. Qualifications  Relevant qualification at certificate level or above; and/or experience providing technical support to users in an organisational setting ITIL 4 Certification. Key Capabilities  Proven experience in IT service delivery Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, Helpdesk).
