Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can hit the ground running and support the implementation of several new technology and systems installations.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance processes.
This role requires expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving project success within a collaborative environment.
This contract role will be 12 months, with Part-time or Fulltime hours negotiable depending on the successful candidate's availability and project needs.
Project Responsibilities include: Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and able to attend.
Document meeting agendas, discussions, decisions, and action items, and distribute to stakeholders.
Maintain organised records of project documents, tasks, and timelines.
Task Management: Assign tasks to appropriate team members in collaboration with project leads.
Monitor task progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates on task statuses to project stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
Manage project budgets and resources in line with cap ex requirements Project Coordination : Manage the project schedule, ensuring that milestones are met, and any delays are promptly addressed.
Act as a point of contact for queries related to task assignments or deadlines.
Ensure alignment of activities across departments involved in the transition.
IT Support: Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with tools or systems related to the technology transition.
Liaise with IT specialists or vendors to resolve more complex issues.
Communication and Training: Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments regarding progress, updates, and changes.
Assist in developing and distributing training materials or guides for new system users.
Develop the appropriate Change Management structure to ensure projects remain transparent and accepted by teams Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks to task completion and proactively address them with solutions.
Maintain a log of issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
About You Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
Experience working with IT/Software Services (preferred) Relevant Qualifications in Project Management desirable Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
