The Technology team at Hall & Wilcox hasapproximately 17 team members nationally structured acrossinfrastructure, development, application support, informationsecurity and service desk. The ITProject Manager will work closely with the Director - Technology,the broader Technology team and other stakeholders to effectivelyplan and manage technology projects end to end. Keyresponsibilities You will beresponsible for: leadingand managing end to end technology projectsincluding: defining projectobjectives, scope and deliveries in collaboration withthe Director - Technology and internalstakeholders. developing andmaintaining detailed project plans, action lists,budgets and resource and task allocations. resourceallocation; adherence tobudget, schedule, and scope of project; monitoringprogress of key deliverables, identify and resolvingissues as they arise; schedulingproject meetings and taking project meetingminutes; communicatingproject status and updates to internalstakeholders; monitoring scopechanges, resourcing issues and risks; implementing projectmanagement principles and tools to help deliver successfulproject outcomes; implementing changemanagement controls and tools; identifying projectopportunities; and draftingperiodic project reports for management meetings. Skills andexperience We are keento hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience: tertiaryqualification in Information Technology or relateddiscipline; minimumtwo years' experience in IT project management deliveringprojects end to end; strongunderstanding of project management methodologies andtools; strongorganisational skills and the ability to manage multipleprojects; excellent verbal andwritten communication skills; abilityto work collaboratively and independently; and proficient in at leastone project management tool (MS Project, Trello, Jira).
