Key Responsibilities Lead IT project delivery focusing on operational readiness and service transition .
Oversee the end-to-end implementation and integration of ServiceNow platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with government standards, frameworks, and policies.
Essential Criteria Proven experience managing IT projects within government or large enterprise environments .
Demonstrated expertise in operational readiness , service transition , and project handovers.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and optimisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2).
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Desirable Criteria Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Previous experience in government service transformation projects.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ServiceNow).
