Role Summary & Role DescriptionWho we are looking forWe are looking for a highly organized IT Project Delivery Lead with at least 7 years of experience, to manage and execute the delivery of Global Technology Services (GTS) projects across the different domains (Client, Product and Operational Change) through the entire program cycle. The successful candidate will work with the business, global teams, and stakeholders across the company, as well as Clients or external vendors, to interpret stakeholder requirements, manage expectations and deliver positive outcomes.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is part of State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) that manages and delivers on its multiple commitments to improve IT service delivery and change, supports the business across key strategic initiatives and ensures successful delivery of the technology projects supporting revenue growth.What you will be responsible forAs IT Project Delivery Lead, you will:Project manage and deliver projects such as client initiatives & onboardings, new product offerings and enhancements such as Tax and Regulatory projects.Develop and manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation to achieve program objectives and milestones, communicate resource needs and constraints clearly.Lead solutions, development and testing across multiple platforms and applications.Assist with system business analytics to ensure the best outcome is achieved.Partner closely with various agile teams, business and vendors to manage technology programs ensuring execution and delivery of end-to-end solutions.Lead/Participate in the definition and tracking of the IT Delivery roadmap.Coordinate and utilize resources across multiple projects.Communicate project objectives, goals and progress to clients, senior management and other stakeholders.Clearly present project status, risks, and issues as they occur.
