Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers.
Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and project managers.
Organize and conduct regular project meetings, documenting action items and follow-up tasks.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Generate and distribute reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources as needed for project tasks.
Assist in identifying and resolving resource constraints and conflicts.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews to identify and address any issues affecting project quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
