The opportunity: Reporting into the Head of IT Portfolio Delivery, the IT Project Coordinator is responsible for playing a key role in supporting the delivery of reporting, scheduling, escalation, tracking and communication functions for the Projects team. This role will play a pivotal role, wearing multiple hats – from guaranteeing projects meet scope, budget, and deadlines to fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional reporting and governance using the PPM tool.
What you will do: Maintain, monitor, and govern standards and processes across the key project's schedules, resources, risks with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.Balancing Group IT project management requirements whilst ensuring that business needs are met.Effectively managing projects from the initiation, execution and review stages including co-ordination of the business and IT resources required for success.Upholding governance across the PPM tool for portfolios, projects, resourcing, and reporting.Balance the resource requirements across IT.Assist with the delivery of coordination services for a diverse team of project managers and business analysts working across strategic initiatives and BAU activities.Assist with the delivery of communications for the business and project Sponsors for projects and BAU activities undertaken by the team, to both showcase the work undertaken and support delivery.Support the publication of best practice materials to support the team.Support colleagues to ensure IT processes and practices are integrated and complementary.Support the management of communications with key partners, vendors, and potential partners.What we are looking for:
