Job Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and employees.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).

Salary:
Salary will be influenced by level of experience and education, location of the job, and specific industry and company size.

Entry-Level: AUD 50,000 to AUD 70,000 per year.
Mid-Level: AUD 70,000 to AUD 100,000 per year.
Senior-Level: AUD 100,000 to AUD 130,000+ per year.
Must be Australian Citizen with minimum of Baseline clearance.
