We are seeking experienced and supportive IT Production Support Managers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology team.

As an IT Production Support Manager, you'll oversee system reliability, maintenance and sustainability. You'll lead teams of IT professionals dedicated to delivering responsive, high-quality support to uphold community trust in managing client data and meeting expectations.

You will collaborate with business and IT business partners to identify and resolve issues to ensure quality outcomes are delivered within tight timelines and security standards.

You will guide and mentor your teams through change, while advocating a culture of continuous improvement.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle or Wollongong.
