What You'll Do: Lead a skilled team of Product Support Specialists to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.Lead and coordinate L2,L3 support for timely resolution of customer queries.Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes.Manage the support ticketing system to meet service level agreements and boost client satisfaction.Facilitate system upgrades, performance evaluations, and technical coaching.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Solution Architects, and Site Customers.What We're Looking For: Proven leadership in support processes and incident management.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Linux systems administration.Experience with fleet management systems, automated configuration tools, and container technologies.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Site experience required/willingness to travel/experience with fleet management systems highly desirable.Are you the powerhouse leader we're searching for?
