Supports Information Services operations hardware and related equipment, which includes installation, day-to-day maintenance, and inventory control. Assists in computer related problem analysis, and contacts outside vendors for additional support when needed. Assistance in the evaluation, selection, development, design, and implementation of operations computer systems used to provide information to managers and end users as necessary. Provides primary technical support for the operations function of the Information Services department; this includes all equipment that the operations function is responsible for.
