Based in North Parramatta, Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to work within a global IT department, fostering collaboration across an international environment.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of critical systems including our network infrastructure, virtual data center, collaboration platforms, and end-user environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Responsibilities: Support and drive the performance of the local IT team Facilitate the effective collaboration of international IT departments Collaborate with global IT roles to develop long-term strategy for scalable infrastructure Planning and prioritisation of support, maintenance, project work Manage level 1 and 2 support duties and processes Manage your department to execute a technical roadmap and guiding IT principles for the global network, server, and end-user environment Coordinate projects to test and deploy new technology to the organisation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience Strong collaboration skills in an international environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills Broad knowledge of IT technologies and their interdependencies Experience with project methodologies Agile, Waterfall Experience with ITIL methodology and Service Desk applications We embrace and appreciate individuals from diverse backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, cultures, physical abilities, and bodies.
