Our Information Management and Technology Team at Pharmacy 777 Administration is looking for a highly motivated IT Operations Lead with exceptional customer service and communications skills, sharing our passion for delivering and supporting Information Management & Technology solutions across our group.

The position will ideally suit someone who thrives in a small but growing team environment supporting our national group, is a self-starter with a sense of urgency wishing to take on more challenges and prepared to perform the full spectrum of the role.

In this role, you will lead the delivery of seamless IT services and support across the Pharmacy 777 group, including supporting our Perth based head office, Melbourne office and member pharmacies across Australia.

Reporting directly to the Group Manager Information Management & Technology, you will manage the IT support team and our IT delivery partners in addition to managing all aspects of the group's enterprise applications and infrastructure.

You will be pivotal in implementing and supporting the IT strategy across the group, having a hands-on role that will allow you to develop your skills, and lead the enhancement and uplift of service delivery across the administration function and our pharmacies.

This position is on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Your Areas of Responsibility will be:
Supporting the IM&T strategy & roadmap development including project planning and execution.
Leading the IT support services including the service desk operations and ensuring SLAs are met and interactions with our service customers is exceptional.
Leading the deployment and maintenance of all infrastructure across the group including servers, networks, storage, telephony, printers, endpoints, retail peripherals and private / public cloud environments.
Overseeing the deployment of all enterprise applications and pharmacy applications including Point of Sale and Dispense systems.
Managing external partners to ensure they are meeting SLAs and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
Managing all aspects of change management across the IT environment including hardware and software.
Responsibility for the Microsoft 365 tenancy including licensing, maintenance and security.
Leading the documentation of the IT environment.
Identifying areas for improving IT systems, processes and user experiences.
Leading the implementation of security initiatives across the group.
To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar IT Support / Operations Lead role and have a passion for providing consistent, customer-centered service with an attention to detail and quality outcomes.

You should also have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years in an IT Support / Operations lead role including managing team members.
ITIL certification and experience operating in an ITIL environment and utilising service desk software.
Administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 applications including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Office 365 suite.
Experience with Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Windows 10 / 11 and PowerShell.
Experience in deploying and supporting networking technologies including firewalls and VPNs.
Proven track recording in developing and maintaining high quality documentation.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional organisational skills.
