The Opportunity:We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Administrator to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and the technology team. The primary goal of this role is to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and assisting in vendor management. This position also requires preparation of internal contract execution forms, development of business cases, and the creation of standardized user guides and templates.
Key Responsibilities: IT Service Delivery and Operations:Standardize, create, and update all IT user guides and functional templates.Prepare Lean Canvas and Business Case documents to support project and service decisions.Procurement and Asset/Vendor Management:Engage with vendors to produce internal contract execution forms.Manage asset lifecycle, ensuring company assets are recorded and maintained accurately.Oversee the Staff Equipment register for all our global regions.Standardize and update the office meeting room video equipment register across APAC.Business Analysis and Solution Design:Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.Conduct process mapping and provide solution designs for business needs.Documentation & Training:Create and maintain training documents and user guides to ensure user comprehension of IT systems and tools.Develop presentations and training materials, simplifying complex technical concepts into plain language.To be considered for this role you will have / be: Tertiary qualifications in technical communication or similar university degree in the field of business administration, IT or a related field.3 years' demonstrated experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused environment.Expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and solution design.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Full Australian working rights.Clear recent Police Check.What's on offer: Exciting opportunity to grow & work within a fun and supporting IT team.Full time 12-month fixed term role within a growing FM organisation.Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week)Free onsite parking when in office.If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
