The Role: As a member of the Department of Health (DoH) IT Service Centre the position will support the Unit in processing client requests. These requests will include:
Creation, modification, and suspension of IT access rights. Requests for applications and computing devices. General enquiries submitted by phone or online via email or webform. The scope of work is defined by the operational priorities of the assigned business unit and the role works collaboratively within and across teams and with stakeholders to meet agreed priorities and branch service standards.

Some regular out of hours work or on-call may be required to meet specific needs or deadlines. Details of Appointment Fixed term, full time, day worker (with on-call) position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately three (3) years 
This IT Service Centre Admin position works 8.30am – 5.00pm/Monday – Friday onsite in the Hobart office.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Salary: $64,125 - $91,517 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with  Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 Eligibility: Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
Relevant industry experience and/or certification. A tertiary or recognised vocational qualification in a relevant discipline.
