The role We are searching for a passionate IT officer to join our technology team at Crown Resorts Melbourne.
Working alongside the wider Crown IT team, the IT Officer is responsible for supporting the operational and strategic needs of the organisation by offering first and second level support of gaming and non-gaming systems and ensuring downtime of these systems is kept to a minimum. You will also:
Lead support resources and communicate with key stakeholders and vendors for critical incidents and outages.Provide excellent customer service to end users and support on applications, user hardware, network and infrastructures (including POS, EFTPOS and Wi-Fi support).Provide high level desktop support to meet customer and operational service level commitments.Ensure all incidents occurring during the shift are recorded promptly and accurately to reflect status.Participate in the delivery and roll out of technology projects working with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.About you You'll bring the following:
Demonstrated customer service and communications skills with some exposure in a similar position, preferably in a service desk environment is highly advantageous.A curious mindset and enthusiasm to problem solve independently or as part of a team.Ability and commitment to work 12 hour shifts according to a 24/7 rotating roster.A Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Network Engineering is highly preferred.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
