Today, as Sonata-GBW, we're looking to grow our terrific team to support the next stage of our plans...The OpportunityGBW is currently seeking an experienced, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual to join our ITinfrastructure team on a full-time permanent basis for 38 hours per week. The hours that need tobe covered are Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5:10 pm. Reporting to the IT infrastructuremanager, you will be responsible for providing timely, effective, and accurate technical support toGBW internal staff across the offices and also involve in IT Infrastructure projects.Responsibilities may include:Install, configure and maintain PCs and servers, networking equipment, and network operating systems - this will include installing cabling as required, rebuilding virtual servers when required.Provide timely, efficient, and accurate technical support and escalate any major issues that may arise.Effective, accurate, and timely communication with all users.Constant monitoring and checking of the server's health and event alert. Ensure IT support requests are resolved or escalated promptly.Ensure effective backup procedures are in place and completed successfully.IT Documentation is kept current and accurate.Successful implementation of IT projects.After-hours support and occasional planned system maintenance.All other ad-hoc duties as required.Skills and expertise required:5 + years of Systems administration experienceExperience of Windows 7 and 10Experience of Windows servers 2008/2012/2016/2019 administration and deploymentExperience with Windows AD, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS services.Experience of Microsoft Exchange email server and outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013 clientExperience of Office 365Experience of Linux operating system (Centos/Redhat/Ubuntu)Experience in Virtualization (VMware 6 and 7) and Enterprise SAN storage systemsExperience in networking devices (Switches, Routers, WIFI) and IP networkingExperience with Juniper/WatchGuard/Fortinet firewall devicesExperience with Link controller and load balancer devicesPractical exposure to PowerShell, Scripting & Automation and monitoring toolsMicrosoft Office packagesExperience with Enterprise Anti-virus and NAC.Experience with Backup Management (Symantec Backup Exec or any similar backup application)Experience with IIS and Apache Tomcat web server administration.Windows Group Policy ManagementAbility to work unsupervised and in a team environmentDesirables:Knowledge or experience with external DNS , Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, googlecompute, etc.), and CDN solutions.Knowledge or experience with Microsoft SQL/MySQLThis position would ideally suit a Permanent Resident of .Please apply by sending your cover letter and resume to including the reference number IO0722
