We produce work across all channels for the greatest impact and the biggest return, connecting capabilities for a truly inciting customer experience.Primary FunctionThe IT Officer is responsible for partnering and supporting all departments across the agency, ensuring that IT operations run smoothly.
The IT Officer leads day-to-day IT operations and provides executive and administrative support where required, working with our outsourcing provider.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support of Cheil's IT OperationsProcess onboarding and offboarding for employeesEnsure that IT equipment is set up for all new employeesMaintain the security and integrity of the company's IT systemsMaintain Company IT Asset RegisterManage and procure new hardware and disposal, following the appropriate approval processDocument all IT procedures, SOPs, systems, and infrastructureInstall and administrate servers, laptops, and PCs including operating systems and applicationsProvide support for end users and apply software security patches and upgradesPlan and deliver IT projects, both technical and applications, on time in line with business requirementsFacilitate ad hoc requests for both PC and Apple environmentsManage the company's all IT-related subscriptionsAssist/support the third-party IT provider with the following:Installation and configuration of network switches, routers, and firewallsDaily system monitoring of servers, LAN, WAN, and telecomsConfiguration and maintenance of the company's network and server infrastructure operating systemsDesired Skills and ExperiencePersonal Attributes:Able to actively listen and anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experienceProactive in improving IT systems and processesComfortable with administrative, repetitive tasksDemonstrated experience working under pressure and problem-solvingInterpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
