We are currently seeking an experienced Network Manager to join our client, a large firm with operations across APAC.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of an organization's network infrastructure, requiring a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility between home and the office.

This role requires a Network SME who can manage the design, deployment, and upkeep of the organization's network infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and security of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services and guide a small team of network professionals across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities: Network Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy network configurations, including switches, routers, and servers, to meet organizational needs.Network Security Management: Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls to protect sensitive data.Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess network systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.Team Leadership: Manage a team of network professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of network configurations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Network Strategy Development: Propose and implement cutting-edge technologies in alignment with the client's IT roadmap.Requirements:Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software, with experience in managing enterprise-grade equipment from vendors like Cisco, HPE Aruba, VeloCloud, and Palo Alto.Security Expertise: Experience with network security practices, including firewalls, SD-WANs, VPNs, and endpoint protection.Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and managing hybrid networks.Certifications: Relevant certifications like Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and ITIL Foundation Certification.Leadership and Communication: Proven experience navigating and contributing effectively within large, complex organizations.
