Experience 5 years of experience growing a corporate IT serviceHands-on, possess a high energy level and good team playerKey Duties & Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage the planning and installation of computing equipment, electrical power and cable/wiring for all voice and data communication, security and information processing equipmentLead a team of IT officers with all-round experience in Computers, Networks, VOIP, DR, BCP, Cloud, etc.Define and negotiate service level agreements for the computing environment, balancing performance and reliability against costs thereby setting appropriate levels of expectation of local ITMaintain the availability, reliability, performance, and security of the corporate infrastructure of networks, servers, PCs, and voice communications to exceed organizational expectations and business needsMaintain an efficient CMDB to properly administer all assetsProject Management with international exposure.
PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred.Experience in matrix organizations, leveraging internal and vendor teams while maintaining timelines, quality, and budgetsEngage end-users and business leaders by articulating value propositions and selling the changeStrong business acumen and strong customer-facing skills and communication skillsDrive solution or product rationalization and apply standardization appropriately across 8 countriesFoster effective team collaboration with stakeholders from various teams and ventures within Housing Market Group (Australia)If this sounds like you and you have a passion for the digital space, then please submit your application to ******.
