Job Description Strategic IT Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the IT department, aligning IT projects and operations.
Cybersecurity: Oversee the cybersecurity strategy, coordinating resources to proactively manage, monitor and respond to threats and emerging risks.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity around ICT projects, changes, and potential risks.
Contractor Management: Oversee all contractors and third-party supplier agreements ensuring efficient, effective and timely service delivery Leadership: Enhance growth and development of individuals through on the job training, experience, and mentoring/coaching opportunities.
The Successful Applicant Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a demonstrated record of leading IT teams.
Comprehensive understanding of network architecture, system administration, and the operation of business applications.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and trends.
Experience in developing and executing disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
