Key responsibilities include:
Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, network and systems. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment. Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise efficiency and security. Mobile device management for Android and iOS devices. Arranging scheduled updates and outage windows and improving efficiency of existing network/s and systems. Providing feedback, mentor and develop your team's performance and ensuring BAU and project work is completed within SLAs and agreed project delivery timelines. Providing technical support and guidance to the team members. Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions. Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise efficiency and security. Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network. Knowledge and experience with Windows & Linux Server, Azure, Office365, Exchange, Hyper-V / VMware and Networking. Experience leading teams and effectively prioritising tasks. Excellent communication for internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the Education or MSP sectors is preferred.
