Your new role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of the hardware, network and systems.Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment (Routers, Servers, WAN Accelerators, DNS, DHCP, etc).Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise efficiency and security.Mobile device management for Android and iOS devices.Arranging scheduled updates and outage windows and improving efficiency of existing network/s and systems.Provide feedback, mentor and develop your team's performance and ensure BAU and project work is completed within SLAs and agreed project delivery timelines.Provide technical support and guidance to the team members.Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise efficiency and security.Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network.Knowledge and experience with: Windows & Linux Server, Azure, Office365, Exchange, Hyper-V / VMware and Networking.Experience leading teams and effectively prioritising tasks.Excellent communication for internal and external stakeholders.Experience in the Education or MSP sectors is preferred.What you'll get in return Working in an organisation where they develop and grow careers, you will be offered an excellent salary package, enabling flexible working arrangements.
