With a focus on $1.8B in assets, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring ITIL best practices, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and successful project delivery. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing team, prioritising work, managing capacity, and ensuring skills are up to date. In addition, you'll manage vendor performance, track budgets, and ensure compliance with policies. With responsibility for technology availability, reliability, security, and resilience, you'll drive the infrastructure strategy to meet business needs while fostering excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for an outcomes-driven leader passionate about IT infrastructure and service delivery.
