What Will You Do?We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT department.
You will be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures.
The IT Infrastructure Engineer responsibilities include monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems as well as a keen interest in Microsoft-based systems, Aruba, and Palo Alto networking devices.
Ultimately, you will ensure our infrastructure & networks run smoothly.
ResponsibilitiesConfigure internal IT and AV systemsManage & upgrade the network infrastructureProvide level 2 and 3 support to internal users and level 1 when requiredInstall and configure laptops, servers, AV devices, and firewallsTrain new system users, resolve user account issues when neededMonitor the performance of devices including laptops, networks, servers, software, and hardwareEnsure the smooth deployment of new applicationsUpdate technical documentationExpectationsMinimum 5 years' experience within IT sector support rolesGood knowledge of at least one scripting languageSolid understanding of LAN/WAN networks and firewall technology (2-3 years networking experience)Strong knowledge of system security proceduresExperience in working autonomously and taking ownership of problems and projectsGood problem-solving and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsBSc in Computer Science or related experienceCompTIA A+ and Network+ / CCNAOur Promise to YouWe are striving to become global leaders across all of the categories we operate in and as part of that we are a high-performing, highly collaborative team that works cross-functionally to accommodate our clients' needs.
