Reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, this role will ensure that Sigma's IT Systems and Network, including Windows Servers, VMWare, Linux servers located in our on-site, edge Routers and Firewalls in Data Centres, and Cloud (Azure, AWS) environments are designed, built and managed to meet the needs of the company.
This role will work closely with the infrastructure team to help set Infrastructure strategy and operational goals.
You will also be responsible for Level 2 and 3 support to deliver operational IT systems & network management excellence.
Ensure that any projects that impact Sigma's IT landscape are controlled and managed.
Key Responsibilities include: Manage Sigma's IT Infrastructure (Windows, Network, Cloud) including on-premises data centres and in the cloudPlan, design, implement, support and maintain Hybrid Cloud Platforms and associated servicesProviding remote and onsite support for warehouse & Office networksPerforming troubleshooting of network, server and storage infrastructureResponding to incidences and assigned problems to meet SLA requirementsMonitoring and reviewing daily logs and creating incident tasks where action is requiredWe are looking for: 3+ years in an IT Infrastructure Engineer roleStrong expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud & Wintel technologies such as:Windows technology services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Hybrid, etc.LAN, WAN & SD-WAN deployment/maintenance knowledgeWhat's on offer: Advance your skills and experience through ongoing training and developmentBe part of a progressive, supportive and highly skilled teamEnjoy great employee benefits and access to health & wellbeing programs, as well as a Universal incentive programWork for an organisation that plays a unique role in supporting healthy communitiesAt Sigma, our commitment is to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.
