You will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating internal and external projects, and providing technical support to Launceston IT's customers. You will also maintain high quality customer communication and ensure your team are supported to be their best.Qualifications and Experience:Prior experience in an IT HelpDesk roleAt least 3 years experience with Microsoft products including 365, Sharepoint, Azure, Windows Server, etc.Prior experience in team leadership, or proven leadership skills with the ability to step up into a leadership role.A strong commitment to developing and maintaining a positive workplace cultureHigh level problem solving abilitiesOutstanding written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting prioritiesA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyAppropriate industry qualifications and certificationsCandidates may be required to undergo a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check.Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.Application Deadline: 5:00pm, Sunday 24 November 2024Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?
