Launceston IT is seeking an IT HelpDesk Team Leader to join our team.

We are a Tasmanian Managed IT Service provider with customers throughout the State.

As our IT Helpdesk Team Leader, you'll lead a small team of technicians to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating internal and external projects, and providing technical support to Launceston IT's customers.
You will also maintain high quality customer communication and ensure your team are supported to be their best.

Qualifications and Experience:
Prior experience in an IT HelpDesk role At least 3 years experience with Microsoft products including 365, Sharepoint, Azure, Windows Server, etc.
Prior experience in team leadership, or proven leadership skills with the ability to step up into a leadership role.
A strong commitment to developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture High level problem solving abilities Outstanding written and oral communication skills Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Appropriate industry qualifications and certifications Candidates may be required to undergo a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check.

Salary will be negotiated depending on experience.
