Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include: Providing IT support over the phoneProviding first level support and logging the ticketsProviding hands-on hardware and software supportInstalling, moving, adding, and changing equipment and softwareMaintenance of Client's NetworkPerforming proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problemsSkills we are looking for: Detailed knowledge of Ticketing SystemDetailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating SystemsDetailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office SuiteDetailed knowledge of Active DirectoryExperience performing in a similar positionFriendly, welcoming professional with good telephone mannersWell presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a teamPossess great written and verbal communication skillsWork well independently and productively within a small team environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and exciting role.
