It Field Technician (Entry Level)

Our Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.

Position Title: IT Technician - Field Technician (Entry Level)
Work Location: Traralgon, Gippsland Area, VIC
Position Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Selection Criteria:
Willingness to learn and problem solve.
Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.
Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.
Experience and/or Qualifications:
Problem solving mindset.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is desired but not required.
Friendly customer service.
Salary + Work Roster:
$53,000 per Annum + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle
Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekend Work may be required.
