We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.We are currently seeking an IT Field Services Officer to be based in our office at Milton.While this role is based in Milton, up to 50% of the role's time involves travel, some locally within SEQ and some more broadly across Eastern Australia.Working closely with the operational delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering the IT Field Services function to ensure that on-site services are performed in a manner which maximises value and minimises operational impact to Golding's projects.The successful incumbent will be enthusiastic and driven with a deep personal interest in technology and its capacity to deliver and support the productivity of people.PlanningPlan the day-to-day delivery of assigned work to achieve the operational plans of the department;Contribute to the successful delivery of IT and IT-enabled projects from the IT and Business Systems portfolio;Contribute to the development of a medium-term schedule for site visits, project and periodic support activities;Communicate with department team members to ensure that IT Field Services activities are informed by, and align with, IT changes being implemented and planned;OperationsDelivery of all on site IT tasks for Golding's remote projects and site offices; including Mobilisation, Demobilisation, Deployment, Repairs and Maintenance of Golding's IT equipment and services;Undertake the timely capture and recording of site-specific information, systems and procedures to ensure that relevant site specific information is available to the broader IT team;Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with Project staff, clients and relevant third-party service providers and escalate any challenges raised to the appropriate team;Assist with the identification of existing and emerging end user issues and requirements;Actively engage and comply with Golding and local site operational and safety requirements;Undertake required activities to support and maintain site based non EUC devices (eg.
