Our client, an international mining organisation, is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Executive User Support Specialist to join their Brisbane office. This critical role involves providing exceptional IT support to executive leaders and managing the company s SharePoint environment for optimal performance. The perfect candidate will combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Offer exceptional IT support to senior leaders, ensuring technical needs are met swiftly and professionally.Administer and maintain the company s SharePoint environment for seamless operation and user satisfaction.Use SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Windows Active Directory to manage and support desktop environments, ensuring all systems are current and efficient.Provide desktop support, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.Manage Microsoft 365, performing both user and administrative tasks to ensure peak performance and security.
Qualifications
Proficient in SCCM and Windows Active Directory.Strong skills in desktop support with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, both as a user and an administrator.Experience in SharePoint administration and support.Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to senior management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and users across different countries and cultural backgrounds.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
