It Engagement Officer - Apay

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior IT Engagement Officer with expertise in Ascender/aPay, to provide support across day-to-day operations and assist with system integrations.
You'll also manage user requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the systems.
Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive support for Ascender/aPay, including WSS, Extend, and customizations.
Manage user requests via Service Desk, ensuring timely triaging and system maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, assisting in testing changes initiated by vendor partners.
Support integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and APIs.
Skills & Experience: Strong HR/Payroll experience, with expertise in business processes and solutions (knowledge of Ascender/aPay is essential).
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
Experience developing reports and understanding database design and system configurations.
Solid business analysis, product management, release management, and change management experience.
