Senior IT Manager OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT team and drive the company's technology strategy forward.

About the Role: Manage a team of 3 IT professionals and provide IT support to over 300 staff members.
Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make informed recommendations to the leadership team.
Lead the development and implementation of security protocols to protect company data and assets.
Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
